She serves as President of the Executive Board of Delaware Volunteer Legal Services (DVLS) and previously served as its Vice President. She is an active member and Librarian of the Executive Board of the Melson-Arsht Inn of Court, and a member of both the Delaware State Bar Association and Maryland State Bar Association. Tiffany frequently lectures at pro se divorce seminars for the Delaware Commission for Women and serves as a volunteer child attorney for the Office of the Child Advocate.

Rachelle R. Cutrona brings judicial insight to family law litigation. Prior to entering private practice in 2007, Rachelle served for two years as a judicial law clerk in the Family Court of the State of Delaware (Kent County). This intensive judicial experience provides her clients with invaluable perspective on how Delaware judges evaluate testimony, financial disclosures, and custody factors.

Jennifer Ellsworth-Aults graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University School of Law and served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Crowell and the Honorable Aida Waserstein in the Delaware Family Court. Prior to practicing law, Jennifer had a career in Human Resources, taught English in Santiago, Chile, and volunteered on political asylum and immigration matters with HIAS Pennsylvania. Fluent in Spanish, Jennifer delivers legal representation across Delaware and Pennsylvania.
